The Chettiar Community

Not really know and familiar with this Chettiar community but base on the info from the information that I received, they are more or less a close door community and it is a pretty rare chance that I got the opportunities to do some photo shoot for them. :). And yes I am very excited about these as well. :"D

After some googling about this community, I just realize that Chettiar is the word indicates to a business and trade community. Anyway, I am glad that I got to know and meet them up close and personal. Arrived there in the morning, meet with Mr Lakshmanan. Intro myself and then getting ourself ready with the photo shoot. Manage to wonder around the company and take some environment shoot. I am very excited that I got to know more about their culture, and how they operated during the photo shoot. They are even 90+ years old folk in the community. :") And they are using the ground table before they are having the "table" that we are using nowadays. and each small table is actually the cubicle for them and they have their name at each of their little "cube". Gonna love their welcoming and warm cooperation during the photo shoot. It has been really a great and smooth one.

Anyway a great time and experience with them. And I am glad that Mun Wai is there again to help out this round. Without her help, everything will be not be that smooth. THANKS MUN WAI!! I am glad that I could help to promote the culture and heritage in Penang. Hope that this efforts will help the world to get to know more about this beautiful island. :)
