Welcome to Shinjuku Station.
There is no special incident happen in Shinjuku. (Nor any Jacky Chan movie here). Just one of the day that I spent in Shinjuku. :"P Anyway, We started our day departing the metropolitan office via the JR Shinjuku Station. (It has the average of ~3 million people using this station per day - What a great number there ~:|) Anyway, I guess we are lucky that there is not much people when we reached there.
More photos after the jump...
Our first destination is the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office (Tocho). It has a observation hall on every 45th level of the building. (So you could view the city view from up there). :) - the admission fee is free. ;)
Near the compound of the Metropolitan Office
Yeah, there are other visitors at the basement as well. :)
The density of the city is just... incredible... :)
Yeah an old couples is enjoying the city view here. :) Just lovely.
There is also some tourist information counter under the building. There are a lot of figures display in there which has been well made. I will say that the detail is very very nice. (I pretty much captured everyone of it :"P)

Our next stop, is the Harajuku. A fashion capital of the world renowned for unique street fashion. Many prominent designers and fashion ideas have sprung from Harajuku and incorporated themselves into other fashions throughout the world.Yeah you could even find hip hop clothing there as well. (Not to mentioned that there is a lot of ladies and guys in their cos-play costume as well) ;)
Back to the station, we are heading to Harajuku folks. :)
Gis, check out the crowd!!! I am shock!
Yeah tones of special stockings. :"D
Not only youngster is here. We have some gentleman as well. :)

And yes, you will find a lot of crips shops along the way. Guess it is like a pretty famous food there in Harajuku. It taste very nice too... Yummy. :"D

Our final stop of the day is Shibuya. One of the fashion centers of Japan, particularly for young people, and as a major nightlife area. Yeah, you could find a lot and a lot of fashion shops here and there and not to mentioned that the whole city is lighted up with neon light. I just love the city feel and gives there. But you will need to get use to the high flow and density of the peoples there.
Just a lady who are waiting for a train ride
Here we are Shibuya welcome you! ;)
Yeah the flow of the people is scary. ~: |
Somewhere near the Shibuyu 109
Yup, it is a collaboration street performance. The English dude (an audience) just joint in as a drummer for fun. (Cool!)
Yeah is end of the day again. Everybody in the train seems to be very tired.
Alright. I guess that's all for day 3 people. I will continue to process and publish once the remaining photos are ready. Hope that you all enjoy it so far. Signing off and night... :)

ReplyDeleteLilian: Thanks hope that you enjoy all the Japan series so far.
ReplyDeleteJed: No a prob glad that you like it. Yes it is a pretty fun (And congested town) to go for. ;)
